Projection of cutting outlines onto the cutting surface of the ARISTOMAT. With it an optimal material utilization and the processing of remnants (e.g. during production of flat gaskets) becomes much easier.

The operator finishes his task in three steps:

  1. call up the outline to be cut via the PC-software ARISTO CutterControlPanel. The projection system immediately projects the full-size outline on the cutting surface of the ARISTOMAT

  2. place the suitable remnant under the projected outline

  3. start the cutting process ---- finished.

Naturally the application of the projection system is not just limited to the processing of flat gaskets. Wherever irregularly shaped materials have to be cut out, or even only visually checked as to how the pieces are to be cut, the projection system considerably reduces the amount of work.
