The Standard Cutting Device is designed primarily for widespread use in the advertising and screen printing industry. Due to the tangential sheering and electronic cutting power control it can process a wide variety of vinyls and films whilst avoiding common problems such as creasing and tearing.
The MultiHead OT.T.T.M.P. IV has three tangentially controlled tools, one oscillating, up to two marking modules, a laser pointer as well as a colour camera for the automatic calibration system AutomaticEye and is suitable in this configuration for all applications.
The MultiHead is the very definition of a flexible and adaptable tool that will tackle virtually any job. Whether it be processing cartons, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, honeycomb structures, gaskets, plastics, foams, vinyls, laminates, composites, carbon fibre, fibreglass and anything else you can think of the MultiHead is the right tool for the job.
This Basic Router is a low-cost solution for the processing of differing materials such as Alu-Dibond, acrylic, synthetics or wood, e.g. for the advertising industry, display construction and many other industries.
The HF Router is designed to process a wide variety of materials, including: rigid plastics, Alu-Dibond, hard foam, MDF panels, and more. Whilst it specialises in processing thin sheet materials it can also assist with the cutting of much thicker materials via an innovative iterative process.
The DrivenWheel tool head has been developed specifically for the processing of textiles, fibrous sheets, and other demanding materials at high speed. It can be operated as a standalone tool or in conjunction with a second tool head for added flexibility.
The BevelCut tool head can be readily changed between 30°, 45°, and 60° orientations to cut materials such as: X-board, Kappa, 3-fold corrugated board, or rubber. This allows every user the option of processing displays, rigid packaging and gaskets with the push of a button.
It comes fully equipped with fully controllable (Z) height and (C) turn axes, and can therefore be used with an uncompromising range of motion to perform even the most complicated of cutting tasks.

The PunchingDevice HD is the no compromise solution when you need to create a high volume of holes far faster than an oscillating knife would allow. By utilising a unique rotary punching process it allows you to process faster than ever before without ever having to sacrifice quality.
The UltrasonicCuttingDevice UCD35k is specially designed for the cutting and heat sealing of challenging mediums such as fibrous and composite materials. This makes it the tool of choice when cutting banners and fibrous materials which require smooth closed edges at all times. By cutting and sealing at the same time you can achieve a professional quality finish with the push of a button.
The CodingHead allows you to streamline your workflow by marking and cutting material in the same phase of production. A selection of HP ink cartridges are used for different materials, and their levels can be tracked in realtime using intuitive level indicators. An onboard print head cleaner allows for minimal downtime over the lifetime of the CodingHead.
Common applications include product tracking and quality control, making the CodingHead the tool of choice for high throughput environments.
